If you need to receive Physical Therapy for any reason, then this is the place to go. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional and experienced. I never had a bad experience during my 2 1/2months visiting. They provide pool therapy as well!!!

TERRAPIN PHYSICAL THERAPY is THE PT facility to choose here on the peninsula. I generally do not leave reviews... for anything.... but in this case I must because they go above and beyond. First, they are a very clean establishment. Always cleaning.... washing, disinfecting, etc...Secondly, they have a small pool for low impact therapy with an underwater treadmill and showers... which I loved and you will too. Thirdly, the staff is incredibly kind, engaging, professional, and will go above and beyond to get you in with an appt. even when they are booked. Most importantly, they are well educated and in the realm of PT and they will FIX and support you with your injuries, aches and pains.... it may take some time and patience.... but they will get it done. Ive gone for a couple injuries and will go again if need be. I'm super impressed. Thank you, Andrew and Staff!

Terrapin PT supported me in recovering from a running-related injury. Both land and pool options were great, and gait analysis was helpful. The staff is so kind and helpful and they are genuinely pleasant people! They also did a great job fitting me in when I was available to be able to get me in months earlier than other PT options. The best possible experience for physical therapy in the Monterey Peninsula. The friendly top-notch professionals were attentive to my individual situation and guided me through each session to help maximize my recovery. The environment is clean and calming. Definitely recommend.

Following a partial knee replacement, I chose Ripple PT to get me back to hiking and cycling. Nathan Kadlecek was my therapist. Nathan is a caring professional and was focused on making sure I was on a progressive therapy plan. My recovery was complicated by Parkinson's and phlebitis. Nathan was empathetic to my needs (and pain) and knew when to push me and when to be patient. He is well educated and knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and gave me more confidence and trust in his judgement to push my recovery. He is genuinely interested in his patients' recovery. His colleagues at Ripple are all focused on customer/patient service. I was always greeted upon arrival by either Jessie or Lexi. Diana was always helpful and wanted to make sure I was comfortable on the machines, or needed water. I'd recommend the team at Ripple if you want knowledgeable and caring professionals to get you back on the horse.

Following toe fusion surgery my doctor recommended Terrapin due to the aqua therapy available at their facility. I was very fortunate to receive care from Dr. Andrew Madrid. After my first visit's assessment, Andrew created a comprehensive, safe, goal-oriented plan to help me regain movement and function of my toe, foot, ankle and calf after having been non-weight bearing for nine weeks. The therapy both in the pool and in their gym helped me recover. The therapy appointments evolved as I made improvements with Andrew continually adjusting my goals and exercises. In addition to working with Andrew, I also had the pleasure of working with Aaron, who expertly assisted me achieving my goals. The entire staff is highly trained, kind, patient and exceedingly friendly. I looked forward to my appointments knowing what exceptional care I was receiving. Thank you Terrapin Physical Therapy!

I had a very good experience at Terrapin Physical Therapy following my hip replacement surgery. The team there helped me heal and grow stronger every step of the way. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. I especially want to thank Aaron and Tony—my therapists—who were both attentive, patient, and compassionate throughout my recovery. Their support made a big difference in my progress. I highly recommend Terrapin to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Thanks Terrapin PT, Andrew, Aaron and the entire Terrapin Team. My right shoulder is back to normal and pain free. The workouts were just what I needed and the home PT guidance is keeping my shoulder healthy. I would and will refer Terrapin to anyone.

I was skeptical of physical therapy at first and really didn’t want to go but I decided it was worth a try and I am so glad I did. Terrapin Physical Therapy is the real deal from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent and the physical therapists are experts in the field. If you have an issue big or small I highly recommend Terrapin Physical Therapy. A big shout out to Andrew, Aaron, Lawrence, and the entire staff. Thank you all.
